Services

We provide consulting audits of licensing readiness for fintech expansion, including full readiness audits, cross-border licence reviews, regulatory gap assessments, and pre-application evidence packs. Website content is informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written proposal or statement of work.

Our audits support readiness planning and evidence organisation. They are not legal advice, regulatory opinions, or a substitute for licensed counsel. Filing and representation remain your responsibility unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Pricing and payment

Prices shown on this site are informational starting points. Final fees, payment schedule, and scope appear in the proposal. This site does not process payments or checkout.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit unlawful, misleading, or abusive content through forms.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and deliverable templates remain our property until assigned in a signed agreement. Client data, application materials, and evidence you share remain yours.

Confidentiality

Non-public information shared for scoping or audit work is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the engagement, subject to the proposal and any separate NDA.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by the laws of Hong Kong, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from decisions made solely on informational content. Liability under a signed engagement is limited as stated in that agreement. A readiness audit is a point-in-time assessment and does not guarantee licence approval or that filings will succeed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless a later agreement states otherwise.
