We are a small audit studio focused on licensing readiness for fintech expansion — not a law firm and not a product vendor. Our work sits between compliance, product, and counsel when expansion plans look confident on slides but thin on licence evidence.
How we work
Engagements start with a scoping conversation about target markets, intended activities, and which authorisations matter most. We then map licence pathways, sample evidence, interview owners, and deliver a ranked readiness pack with remediation sequencing.
Deliverables are written for people who must close gaps: pathway matrices, evidence checklists, ownership maps, and workshop notes — so readiness remains maintainable after we leave.
